Clotted Cream
Clotted cream is safe to enjoy while breastfeeding. This thick, rich cream (55% butterfat) is a traditional British accompaniment to scones. It's made by slowly heating cream, which also pasteurizes it. Like all dairy products, it provides calcium and vitamin D. It's calorie-dense, which can actually help meet the extra energy needs of breastfeeding.

Halloumi cheese is safe to eat while breastfeeding. This semi-hard Cypriot cheese is made from a mix of goat's and sheep's milk (sometimes with cow's milk) and is typically pasteurized in commercial production. Its high melting point makes it great for grilling. It's a good source of protein and calcium.
Ice Cream
Ice cream is safe while breastfeeding β enjoy a scoop (or two)! Made from pasteurized dairy, there are no breastfeeding-specific restrictions. You deserve a treat.
Kefir

Raw Eggs
