Celsius

Celsius contains 200mg of caffeine per 12oz can — that's a lot, and it's more than half your total daily limit in one drink. It also markets itself as a 'fitness drink' with metabolism-boosting ingredients that haven't been studied in breastfeeding. Use sparingly if at all.

Use with significant caution; 1 can = 200mg caffeine; leaves only ~100mg margin for the day
A single Celsius drink provides 200mg of caffeine, leaving very little room for any other caffeinated beverages that day. The drink also contains guarana (an additional caffeine source), green tea extract, ginger, and vitamin C in concentrated amounts. The thermogenic (metabolism-boosting) marketing claims involve ingredients that lack safety data for nursing mothers. For breastfeeding, coffee or tea gives you a much more controlled, studied dose of caffeine.
