Bang Energy

Bang packs a whopping 300mg of caffeine into a single 16oz can — that's your entire daily limit in one drink. One can puts you right at the boundary, with zero room for any other caffeinated food or drink. Not a great daily choice while breastfeeding.

1 can = 300mg caffeine = your entire daily limit; avoid if consuming any other caffeine that day
A single can of Bang Energy contains 300mg of caffeine, equal to the full daily ceiling recommended while breastfeeding. Bang also contains creatine, BCAAs, CoQ10, and B-vitamins in quantities not studied for nursing mothers. Because the caffeine load is so high and leaves no buffer for other dietary sources, Bang is best avoided or treated as an absolute one-and-done on a caffeine-free-otherwise day. Plain coffee or tea offers a much more manageable and predictable dose.
