Peppermint Tea

Peppermint tea is refreshing and great for digestion, but there's a real concern here for breastfeeding: large amounts of peppermint — especially peppermint oil — may reduce milk supply. An occasional cup is unlikely to cause problems, but daily large quantities are best avoided.

Occasional use fine; avoid large daily quantities if concerned about milk supply
📉Large amounts of peppermint or peppermint oil may reduce milk production; avoid if supply is a concern
Peppermint contains menthol, which in high doses has been associated with decreased prolactin levels and reduced milk production. Ironically, weaning mothers sometimes use peppermint products intentionally to decrease supply. This effect is much more associated with peppermint oil and large quantities of strong tea than with a casual cup here and there. If you're struggling with supply, it's worth erring on the side of avoiding regular peppermint tea. If supply is ample, an occasional cup is generally fine.
