Vitamin E Supplement

Vitamin E supplements at recommended doses (15–19mg/day for breastfeeding women) are safe and help support your antioxidant needs during lactation. Your baby needs vitamin E for immune function and cell protection, and adequate maternal intake ensures good levels in your breast milk. Avoid mega-doses (above 1000mg/day), which can increase bleeding risk.

15–19mg/day recommended; do not exceed 1000mg/day

Always confirm with your doctor or lactation consultant before making dietary changes while breastfeeding.
