Salmon

Salmon is a lower-mercury choice during pregnancy when fully cooked. FDA/EPA recommends a variety of “Best Choices” fish each week.

What to do:Aim for 2–3 total servings (8–12 ounces) of lower-mercury fish per week.

Confirm personal decisions with your OB, midwife, or pharmacist, especially for medicines, supplements, allergies, symptoms, or a high-risk pregnancy.
