Rosemary
Rosemary is safe in culinary amounts. Concentrated rosemary oil or very large supplement doses are traditionally listed as anti-galactagogues but culinary use is fine.
Culinary amounts of rosemary are safe during breastfeeding. Large doses of rosemary (concentrated oil or very high supplemental doses) are traditionally associated with reduced milk supply and uterine stimulation, but there's no concern with normal cooking use. Enjoy rosemary on roasted vegetables, in bread, or with meats.
