Quercetin Supplement
Quercetin is a flavonoid naturally found in onions, apples, berries, and tea — and in those food forms it's completely safe. However, quercetin supplements provide concentrated doses (500–1000mg) well beyond dietary intake, and safety data for these high doses during breastfeeding is lacking. Get your quercetin from food rather than supplements while nursing.
Always confirm with your doctor or lactation consultant before making dietary changes while breastfeeding.
