Oolong Tea

Oolong tea falls between green and black tea in both oxidation and caffeine content — typically 30–50mg per cup. It's a great middle-ground option and fits comfortably within daily caffeine limits when enjoyed in moderation.

Up to 300mg caffeine/day total (~30–50mg per 8oz cup)
Oolong's caffeine content varies depending on how it's processed and steeped. A shorter steep time will produce less caffeine. As with all true teas, count it toward your 300mg/day total. Oolong also contains antioxidants and is enjoyed safely by many nursing parents.
