Nutmeg
Nutmeg is safe in culinary amounts — a pinch in baked goods or a dusting on eggnog poses no risk. Very large amounts are toxic to anyone, but normal cooking use is perfectly fine.
Culinary nutmeg is safe during breastfeeding. Nutmeg contains myristicin which is toxic in very large amounts (think tablespoons, not pinches), but this is a concern for anyone, not just nursing moms. The small amounts used in cooking are completely safe. No specific concerns for breastfed infants.
