Latte

A latte is just espresso and steamed milk, so the caffeine content depends on how many shots are used. A standard single-shot latte has about 63mg of caffeine — well within daily limits if you're not loading up on other caffeinated drinks too.

Track espresso shots; stay under 300mg caffeine/day total
The milk in a latte doesn't affect caffeine levels, and it's a good source of calcium for you. A typical 12oz latte has one shot of espresso; a 16oz often has two. As long as you're tracking your total daily caffeine from all sources and staying under 300mg, lattes are a perfectly fine part of your day.
