Fexofenadine (Allegra)

Fexofenadine (Allegra) is considered safe during breastfeeding. It's non-sedating and transfers into breast milk in very small amounts.

Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that does not cross the blood-brain barrier well and causes minimal sedation. It transfers into breast milk in low amounts. Limited but reassuring data exists for breastfeeding. Generally considered compatible with breastfeeding alongside loratadine as a preferred option.
