English Breakfast Tea

English Breakfast is a robust black tea blend — typically a mix of Assam, Ceylon, and/or Kenyan teas. It's one of the stronger black teas, with about 40–70mg of caffeine per cup, but still fits within your daily limit in moderation.

Up to 300mg caffeine/day total (~40–70mg per cup)
As with all black teas, the tannins in English Breakfast can mildly inhibit iron absorption, so it's best enjoyed between meals rather than with food. Otherwise, a morning cup or two is a perfectly reasonable part of a breastfeeding routine. Splash of milk is optional but delicious.
