Earl Grey Tea

Earl Grey is a black tea flavored with bergamot orange oil. It has typical black tea caffeine levels (40–70mg per cup) and is perfectly safe in moderation. The bergamot flavoring is just for taste and doesn't pose any concern.

Up to 300mg caffeine/day total (~40–70mg per cup)
There have been isolated case reports of very high bergamot essential oil consumption causing neurological effects, but these involved large therapeutic doses of bergamot oil — not the trace amounts in a cup of tea. At normal consumption levels, Earl Grey is as safe as any other black tea. Enjoy your proper cup!
