Cold Brew Coffee

Cold brew tends to be stronger than regular drip coffee because of the extended steeping process and often higher coffee-to-water ratios. A standard serving can have 150–200mg of caffeine, so it can eat up a big chunk of your daily limit quickly.

Cold brew concentrate is especially high in caffeine — if diluted 1:1 with water or milk, it becomes more moderate. Ready-to-drink cold brew from the store varies widely (80–200mg per bottle), so check the label. Be especially cautious with branded cold brew drinks that don't list caffeine content clearly.
