Cinnamon Tea
Cinnamon tea made from cinnamon sticks or powder is safe while breastfeeding in normal culinary amounts. It has a warming, comforting flavor and is traditionally used to support digestion. An occasional cup or two daily is perfectly fine. High-dose cinnamon supplements are a different matter — stick to tea-level amounts.
