Cinnamon

Cinnamon is safe in normal culinary amounts. It's a delicious addition to oatmeal, baked goods, and warm drinks and poses no risk to breastfed babies.

Culinary amounts of cinnamon are safe during breastfeeding. Cassia cinnamon contains coumarin, which in very large amounts could be problematic, but normal food-level use is not a concern. Some traditional medicine traditions use cinnamon as a mild galactagogue. No safety concerns have been identified at typical dietary intake.
