Chocolate

Milk chocolate has a relatively small amount of caffeine — about 6mg per ounce — and you'd have to eat quite a lot to make a significant dent in your daily limit. Enjoy your chocolate! Just be more mindful with dark chocolate.

No practical limit for milk chocolate at normal serving sizes; count caffeine if eating large quantities
A standard milk chocolate bar (1.5oz) has roughly 9mg of caffeine, while also containing theobromine, a related compound that passes into milk in small amounts. Both are present in quantities unlikely to affect a healthy, full-term baby through breast milk at normal serving sizes. The bigger chocolate caffeine concern is with dark chocolate (see that entry). Milk chocolate is a guilt-free treat.
