Cedarwood Essential Oil

Cedarwood essential oil is generally considered safe for breastfeeding mothers when diluted appropriately (1–2% in carrier oil) and kept away from the breast area. Its woody, calming scent makes it popular for diffusing at bedtime. As with all essential oils, use in a well-ventilated space and avoid direct exposure for your baby.
