Cardamom

Cardamom is safe to use as a spice while breastfeeding. It's a staple in Indian, Middle Eastern, and Scandinavian cooking, and is commonly used in chai tea, biryanis, and desserts. Some cultures specifically include cardamom in postpartum foods for its warming and digestive properties. Normal culinary amounts pose no concerns.
