Cappuccino

A cappuccino is similar to a latte — espresso with steamed milk and a thick layer of foam. The caffeine content is essentially the same as the number of espresso shots used. Enjoy in moderation as part of your daily caffeine budget.

Track espresso shots; stay under 300mg caffeine/day total
A standard cappuccino uses 1–2 shots of espresso (63–126mg caffeine). The frothy milk preparation doesn't change the caffeine content. Keep your total daily intake under 300mg and you're in great shape. If you're sensitive to caffeine yourself, a decaf cappuccino is a delicious alternative.
