Blueberries

Blueberries are one of the best foods you can eat while breastfeeding! They're packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, and manganese.

Blueberries contain some of the highest antioxidant levels of any common fruit, primarily from anthocyanins. They provide vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, and fiber. The antioxidants in your diet may benefit your breast milk's protective properties. Fresh or frozen are equally nutritious. Eat them by the handful — they're a breastfeeding win.
