Allspice

Allspice is safe to use in cooking while breastfeeding. Despite its name, it's a single spice (dried unripe Pimenta dioica berries) with a flavor that combines notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. It's commonly used in Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and European cuisines. Normal culinary amounts are no concern.
